Week 3/ Finished Ultimate Reset!

Wahooo!!  Yippiee!
~ I am so Happy I completed this 21 Day Beachbody Ultimate Reset!!
This is the Very First time in My life Sticking to a Strict Diet Plan!  I am usually of the mind that as long as I work out and eat Healthy 80% of the time I can eat what I want the other 20%.

Then I decided to take this Step and Learn something New!  I had heard so many people getting fabulous results that I needed to try it.  I am so thankful I did!

So, week 3....
What can I say, I'll be very Honest Week 3 was Hard.  I struggled the majority of the week.
This week was all about Fruits and Veggies as the Main foods!  I only had a little bit of grains during lunch and could add a little for dinner.  Oh, man, I was hungry most days.  But I stuck to the plan and drank My water and added a bit of whatever was on the menu when I really needed it. During this process I was making sure my body was already totally detoxed and cleansed of all processed foods.  I was keeping to a total Vegan diet and to my surprise I did very well.  I enjoyed some of the foods for this week but not all.  I also had to go out of town and had to visit with Family at a restaurant.  I was pleasantly amazed that it was so incredibly easy to order what I needed from that restaurant.   As everyone around me had beacon and eggs, hash browns, pan cakes and the like. I ate a plate of fresh fruit, steamed spinach, and half an avocado!!
Yes, It is very possible to make it through this program as long as You have made the Commitment to it!!
Everyone was astounded that I could resist all this Temptation and feel full at the end!

I was committed and Love My results!
I have always had an issue with my belly and thighs. With this program I Lost a total of 7.5 pounds in these 3 weeks.  Also 3.5 inches off my waist, 2 inches off my hips, and 2 inches off each of my thighs!!!

Whoop whoop!!  I am just ecstatic about my results!!



By the way this is my first ever string bikini!!  Now I'm really MrsBeachFit!!

Week 2 Ultimate Reset

Recap on week 2 of the Ultimate Reset.

This week was easier but a little challenging with some of the foods.
This week was about Detoxing the body of all the impurities we ingest from food.
All the meals were freshly made by me and Nothing processed.
Every morning was either a Fresh fruit plate or some mashed chick peas with half of an Avocado.  Surprisingly very filling.
A daily lunch consisted of some kind of Salad. So many ways to make salads so it was not repetitive and all the vegetables even adding pine nuts helped with keeping me full.
The dinners this week were very filling also. One night I made Sweet potato and Roasted pepper Bisque!  Yummy!  I ate a lot of brown rice and quinoa with some added lentils or black beans for dinner.  All very satisfying!!
Week 2 was a great week. I had an unexpected burst of Energy.  I usually wake up at 6 am but this week I woke up about 5:30 every morning without hesitation!!  Loved it.  I wasn't tired later in the day either!
Also I lost another 2 pounds during the week!!  Best of all in week 2 I Got Rid of 1 inch off my Waist and 2 and a half inches off my Hips!!
What a great experience!  I have loved learning how to cook healthier for myself and how to incorporate it into my family meals!!

Week 1 Ultimate Reset.

The last week and a half has not been easy. Even though Meal planning is supposed to make life easier, it is hard to start just like anything else. You personally need to make a mental change to make physical change.
Prep for Ultimate Reset was a whole lot of Shopping for things I've never bought or tried before.

Day 1~ went very well. I ate what the menu called for and I felt good not very hungry.
Day 2~ well this day was not as easy. In day 2 I did get moody and hungry. This is the body getting used to the new foods and supplements.
Side Note~ I Lost 1 pound in days 1 and 2!!
Day 3~ this day was also a transitional day. I felt tired and a little hungry. I had to take a 10 min nap. Getting used to taking the supplements at the required time slots was hard on a busy day. I made it happen though!
Day 4~ By this day I was more with it. I had new energy and really felt good, not tired and the meals were filling me up.
Day 5~ I had to travel this day and I took my food with me. So while the rest of my family ate carne asada and rice and beans, I ate my Quinoa and Black beans!  It takes Commitment to stay on the Plan!
Day 6~ Because I was not home I opted to have my Vegan Shakeology for breakfast with a few blueberries. It kept me full for 4 hours!!
Day 7~ I was so busy but I had my lunch ready to go with me and it was a great day!

By the End of week 1 ~  I lost 4 pounds and 1 inch off my Waist and Hips!!

Like I said it's not easy but it is worth making the Commitment!!
