4 Other ways to Measure Your Progress
- Go to your Closet. This is a great way to see how far you've come. We all have an old pair of Jeans that we "Will fit into one of these days". Try them on. I did this and was so amazed and it kept me on the right track. It could work for you as well.
- Use other Numerical Signs. Get out the tape measure. Measuring your body is more reliable than just using the scale.
- Keep track of how your new lifestyle has improved your daily life. Is going up the stairs easier? Have you saved money by buying healthier options? A journal might help with figuring this out.
- Be Conscious of your Emotions. You have worked hard to reach your goals. We All want to be happy and feel confident. Are you feeling better about yourself? Have you begun feeling like your self-esteem is coming back? If so, then I say you have won the weight loss game.
